Getting Started...

When you are ready to begin the new home process, please contact Custom House Construction. CHC recommends putting together a "Team." Your team should consist of yourself, your architect, and CHC, your builder. The team approach will help you bring all elements together in a productive and efficient manner.

During this pre-construction process, your Team will discuss your building site, the design and space requirements of your new home, the financial requirements and the approval process. This is also when a timeline will be determined and you can begin making material selections. We look forward to helping you begin this very exciting process!
