• Can I afford a "custom home"?
  Yes, you can! A custom home is a home that is designed from scratch, built for a specific site and built only once. One of the misconceptions about custom homes is that price determines whether it is a custom home. A custom home is different from a luxury home, custom homes can be very reasonable in cost. Custom House Construction has built homes varying widely in price.
   

• How much is my custom home going to cost?
  The cost of a home is dependent on the size of the home, the type of home, the style of home, features in the home, finishes, and finally, site conditions. Custom House Construction will be happy to work with you to determine your needs and accommodate your budget.
   

• Does Custom House Construction supply building plans?
  Custom House Construction will work with you throughout the design process; however, we do not stock plans, as each home is customized for each individual client.
   

• How involved will I need to be in the design and construction of my home?
  Many homeowners want to be very involved in both the design and construction of their dream home. Custom House Construction likes to leave this choice completely up to the homeowner. We realize that you may not be available to be involved in the entire process, and we can accommodate this as well. We strive to make the home building process as stress-free and enjoyable for you as possible.
  
  As your builder, Custom House Construction will take on the coordination of the entire process and carefully oversee all aspects of your home's construction, while keeping you up to date with the process.
   

• How long will it take to build my home?
  This very common question can only be determined by the building plans, site conditions and homeowner selections.
   

• Do I need to be present during the construction process?
  Many of our clients are not present during the entire construction process. Some clients even live out of state, while others live right here in the valley. We would like to make the construction process as convenient for you as possible; therefore, the choice is also up to you. We will work hard for you so that whether or not you are present during the construction process you will be up to date with each step along the way.
